There could be a number of reasons why you are having trouble signing into your account. There are a couple of things you can try to sign in:

I am a new customer and I cant go through the payment . ????
I am a new customer and wanted to order mugs which came up and when I clicked checkout I got a blank page so can you tell me why this would be.
