All items at Trouva are sent directly from our independent boutiques. This means if you have purchased from different boutiques your order will be delivered in multiple parcels. You can check your confirmation email and your order details on our Order Review page.
If you no longer have your confirmation email, you can find this by logging into your online Trouva account. Once you've logged in, select 'MY ORDERS' and you will find all the information you need, including Tracking links to show the progress of the remainder of your order.
