As we work with small, independent retailers with limited stock of unique and unusual products, there may be a case where the item you've ordered has sold out. If this happens the boutique will propose an alternative they think you might like. If the alternative is at a different price, we can sort out the necessary charges/refunds. Should you accept this alternative, the boutique will dispatch it promptly.
If an alternative has been offered from another boutique, your order will be refunded in full and you will be asked to place a new one with the new boutique. We will ensure this new order leaves promptly and on an expedited service to get to you as soon as possible.
