We're sorry to hear this has happened! Please log into your account, or go to the Order Review page and open your 'Order Details'. Here you will see a 'Request Return' dropdown next to each product (shown below). This will provide a form where you can specify that your item has arrived damaged.
You will be asked to provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. Please attach these to the form so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible and keep a hold of the item while we investigate.
- We need photos of the interior and exterior packaging so we can determine if the fault is down to the shipper or the shipping company.
- Damages need to be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
In some cases we may offer a replacement to be sent out directly to you should the item still be available. If a replacement is not available we will refund you for the item.
