It's unlikely to happen, but if it does, get in touch to let us know. If something is broken, please provide a image in your contact form and we'll do our utmost best to resolve with the boutique for you.
Images are, unfortunately, required for us to be able to assist you. We also always need photos of the packaging so we can determine if the fault is down to the shipper or the shipping company.
In some cases we may offer a replacement to be sent out direct to you should the item still be in stock. In the case a replacement is not available, we will refund you should the damage be genuine.
