Despite the efforts our boutiques put into packaging, sometimes accidents may occur in transit. In these cases, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer a replacement or refund, among other options.
📌 Important: We provide up to 14 days after delivery to report a damage, which ensures we can place a claim with our couriers.
If your order arrived damaged, please follow these steps:
1) Follow this link to submit a request
2) Click on "Order Query"
3) Select 'My Order Arrived Damaged or Faulty'
4) Provide us with details of the issue. The more details such as item, order number, boutique name etc. the better!
💡 Tip: Your order number can be found on the confirmation email you received when your order was placed.
5) Attach pictures that clearly show the damaged or faulty item itself, its interior and exterior packaging. This will help us raise a claim with our couriers and determine the cause of the damage.
6) Click on "Submit".
Done! A member of our dedicated customer care team will contact you to advise on the best solution, including replacement, refund, discount or repair options. We may also need to sort a return of the item for inspection.
