Please note that Trouva orders are dispatched directly from our boutiques, and so items from different boutiques will arrive in different parcels.
However, if you have received your order from a boutique and there is something missing please get in touch using the link below. We do recommend contacting us within 48hrs of receiving your order to notify us of the missing item so we can liaise with the boutique on your behalf.
