On occasions, our small independent boutiques can make logistical oversights. This could mean sending out less items than you ordered, or simply different ones. If there are any items missing from your parcel, you can either ask us to ship them on a back order, or to refund you for them. If we're unable to complete your order, you can then request a free return and refund.
📌 Important: Please note that Trouva orders are dispatched directly from our boutiques, and so items from different boutiques will arrive in different parcels.
However, if you have received your parcel from a boutique and there is something missing, please get in touch through our contact form.
We do recommend contacting us within 48hrs of receiving your order to notify us of the missing item, so that we can reserve the stock for you.
