Generally, the majority of our boutiques do not offer customised items. However, where offered, due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Please note: although customised items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.
