How do I place a Trouva order?

At Trouva, we want to help you find things you love; things that speak to you, and express your personality. You can search for things in all the usual ways (keyword search, product categories, and filters), or you can let yourself be guided by our curated finds or boutique collections.

1) Once you have found the item you were searching for, you can select option and quantity.

2) Then, click on "Add to bag".

3) Repeat the process for every item you want to purchase.

4) When you're done adding items to your bag, go to your basket.

5) Check that the items are correct, and "Continue to checkout".

6) You can either login to your Trouva account or checkout as guest.

💡 Tip: If you still don't have a Trouva account, you can create one in this step by signing in with your email, Facebook or Google profile.

7) Fill in your contact number and delivery address. Then, click on "Deliver to this address".

💡 Tip: If you have a discount code or gift card, you can add it at the bottom of the order summary section.

8) Select a delivery method for each parcel and click on "Continue".

9) Review your order details, select a payment method, fill in the details and click on "Pay securely now".

Done! You'll see a confirmation along with an order number. Please save the order number in case you need to review it in the future. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the order information.
