At times, our small independent boutiques can run into logistical hiccups. If this was the case with your order, and you have received an incorrect item, you can request either a refund or the correct item to be sent. We may also need to arrange a return for the item you received.
To report the issue, please follow these steps:
1) Go to the top of this page and click 'Submit a Request'
2) Click on "Order Query" and select 'I've been sent a wrong item or quantity"
3) Enter your Order Number and provide a short description of the issue
💡 Tip: Your order number can be found on the confirmation email you received when your order was placed.
4) Attach pictures that clearly show the product you received. This will help us report the issue to the relevant boutique.
6) Click on "Submit".
Done! A member of our dedicated customer care team will contact you to advise on the best solution, and to arrange a return of the wrong item.
