At times, our small independent boutiques can run into logistical hiccups. If this was the case with your order, and you have received an incorrect item, you can request either a refund or the correct item to be sent. We may also need to arrange a return for the item you received.
To report the issue, please follow these steps:
1) Go to your order review page with your email and order number.
💡 Tip: Your order number can be found on the confirmation email you received when your order was placed.
2) Click on "Return product" beside the faulty item.
3) In the dropdown, select the option "Incorrect product received".
4) Attach pictures that clearly show the product you received. This will help us report the issue to the relevant boutique.
5) Use the field to tell us more about the issue.
6) Click on "Submit".
Done! A member of our dedicated customer care team will contact you to advise on the best solution, and to arrange a return of the wrong item.
