It's unlikely to happen, but if it does, get in touch with our Support team to let us know. If something is broken, please provide an image in your contact form and we'll do our utmost to resolve the issue with the boutique.
We also always need photos of the damage as well as the packaging so we can determine if the fault is down to the boutique or the shipping company.
In some cases we may offer a replacement to be sent out direct to you should the item still be in stock. In the case a replacement is not available, we will refund you.
