If your product isn't suitable, it's no longer needed, or it just didn't fit (among other reasons), you have the right to request a return and refund. Our boutiques’ returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to the boutique for a refund.
📌 Important: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is incorrect in some way, you have the right to request a free return. Please have a look at our incorrect, damaged or faulty procedures.
To request a regular return, please follow these steps:
1) Go to the bottom of the Trouva website and click 'Submit a Return'
2) Complete the form with your order number and reason for return. Click Submit
3) You will shortly receive an email with details of how to return your item including the boutique's address to send it to
💡 Tip: Looking for a convenient rate? You can have a look at courier comparison sites, such as https://www.parcel2go.com/. Currently, we don't offer free return labels unless your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged in a way.
4) Send your product back to the boutique within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. Sadly, we're unable to take liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
📌 Important: Ensure returned products are sent and received unused, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Otherwise, they might be refused by the boutique.
5) On receipt of the returned product, the boutique will let us know to refund your payment to your original payment method. You should receive your refund within 3-5 working days of the boutique notifying us. We will contact you if there is an issue with your return.
Packing your item for return
Please ensure you pack your item securely using the following guidelines:
For items of clothing please ensure that your item is packed back in any protective plastic packaging to ensure that it does not get spoiled or wet in case of bad weather then delivering the item.
For fragile items, please ensure that the item is packed in sufficient protective material to arrive un-damaged. Make sure the item is packaged in a solid cardboard box and will not move inside the box in transit.
