When will I be charged?

The payment is taken by Trouva at the moment you place your order. So, when is the amount to be deducted from your account really depends on the payment method you're using.

Debit cards

Depending on your bank's policy, the amount can be deducted immediately, or in 1-2 days. At times, your bank may momentarily preauthorize the funds, and settle them a couple of days later.

Credit cards

Depending on your bank's policy, the amount can be deducted at the end of the billing period or on your next statement.

Payment gateways

• PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay: can be deducted immediately, or in 1-2 days.
• Klarna (for UK, Germany and Sweden only): depending on the country, Klarna will normally allow you to pay in 3-4 instalments or in 30 days agreements.
