Currently, we have three different delivery options, namely: premium delivery, premium express delivery, and Access Point delivery. Each one has different costs and timeframes, but the couriers are the same: UPS or DHL.
📌 Important: Not every delivery method is available for any route. To check the delivery methods available for you, you can go to the "Delivery" section underneath the product page.
In this article, we indicate some general guidelines about each delivery method.
Premium delivery
It's our standard door-to-door delivery service, which can be used for local or international shipments. This delivery option is always available, except for the PT/UK route.
Premium express delivery
For certain postcodes, we do offer express door-to-door shipping. This will take less to arrive than the premium delivery, and also has a different price. However, it isn't available for all routes.
Access Point delivery
This is a faster option than standard delivery, and enables you to request delivery to a local collection point instead of your home address. If your order is eligible for delivery to a UPS Access Point, it will be displayed as an option at checkout, and you will be able to select the collection point that is most convenient for you.
📌 Important: Access Points do have size restrictions, and therefore some large items may be unsuitable for Access Point delivery. If this happens, our support team will get in touch to request an alternative delivery address for you, and arrange for your order to be sent there instead.
In addition, some important facts about this delivery option need to be highlighted:
- You'll know that your order has arrived at the chosen collection point from the courier notifications, or by tracking your order.
- To collect your parcel, you'll need to take a valid ID with you.
- The parcel will be held at the chosen pickup point for 7-10 days before it gets returned to the boutique.
Additional Specialist Delivery
This option is only available for large and delicate items, such as furniture, artworks, or light fittings. It also involves a special handling fee, which you'll see on the item's description, as well as in the delivery section.
This fee will be added at checkout, and the delivery times may differ from the regular ones. The couriers may also get in touch with you to arrange a delivery date.
